IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS:

• The departure of shared transport is subject to the minimum sale of 8 tickets up to 24 hours before departure. If this number is not reached, customers will be informed and if payment has been made through the website the purchase will be canceled and the amount paid on the credit card will be immediately refunded.

FOR SHIPMENT IN TRANSPORT

• It is mandatory to present the printed VOUCHER or in digital form, together with the OFFICIAL DOCUMENT WITH PHOTO for boarding;

SEARCH SERVICE

• After purchasing the desired service we will contact the customer via Whatsapp so we need this information to be filled in correctly with the area code, the customer can still contact us via Whatsapp 27 995206880.

• The pick-up service will start and return at the hotels in Vitória and Vila Velha. In the shared service we create the search route up to one day before the service when we set up the times that we will spend at each point of departure agreed with the customer.

RETURN

• The customer must be aware of the schedule of the contracted service.

In the shared service the waiting tolerance is 15 minutes and for the private service there will be an additional charge of R $ 0.40 per minute of delay.

FORBIDDEN

• In all service categories, the consumption of alcoholic beverages inside the vehicle is prohibited. If this rule is violated, or the driver of the vehicle may deny an inheritance service.

Established tax or R $ 100.00 value as a cleaning fee, in case it is not respected.

For refund of purchase value, discounting the administrative fees, cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before departure time.

If the customer requests cancellation at least 24 hours and a maximum of 48 hours before the tour, the refund will be 50% of the purchase value. The transaction will be made by the operator of the service by bank transfer only after invoicing the purchase.
