City Tour, 8-hour tour accompanied by tour guide in the city of Santa Teresa


Want to see much of the wonderful city of Santa Teresa taking advantage of the time available?

 

This tour lasts eight hours and is a fantastic opportunity to see the main attractions of this city, where the presence of Italian culture is still alive.

The tour starts between 7:40 and 8:15 with a search service in Vitoria and Vila Velha hotels and then we will travel for a mean trip of 1:30 to Santa Teresa, located 78 km from our capital.

Our first stop will be at Laticínio Lorena to know and taste the cheeses (provolone, half-cure, cabacinha, mozzarella, curd cheese, palmitinho, among others) produced there.

Later, we will make a visit to the store of Claid's Biscoitos, to this day it maintains the artisanal form of manufacture of the products. There are over 70 kinds of sweet and savory biscuits. The best thing is that we can taste most of these delicacies.

Arriving in the city, we will walk along the street of leisure, with canteens and well preserved mansions, still of the time of the colonization of the Italian immigrants. Following to the Square Augusto Ruschi environment with many trees and flowers forming typical scenery of a small town of the interior.

One of the main tourist attractions of the city is the Museum of Biology Prof. Mello Leitão and his hummingbirds. (free entrance) Here the visitor will get in touch with the rich biodiversity of the native fauna and flora of the region.

Going to the historic center of Santa Teresa, your guide will tell you a little more about the history of the city and you will be able to appreciate innumerable buildings from the end of the 19th century.
