Tour in the Capixabas Mountains + Agrotourism

Ever heard of the Capixaba Mountains? This destination is totally different when compared to our coastline, so let's explore the mountain region of the state!

This tour lasts 9 hours, the exit is usually scheduled to search in the main hotels of Vitoria and Vila Velha between 8:30 and 9 o'clock. Being the return of the mountains around 5 p.m., arriving at the hotel around 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

When we leave Vitória, after 45 minutes of our trip, we will make a stop at the Pousada and Vista Linda Restaurant for a brief rest and appreciation of the landscape.

Then we will continue our journey for another hour and twenty minutes to our most distant destination the capital of agrotourism - Venda Nova do Imigrante. Here we will make two visits to taste traditional products of the region:

Fazenda Carnielli, one of the pioneers in the Agrotourism activity in Brazil, its production counts on high quality award-winning coffees, cheeses and socol, a pork loin sausage typical of the region.

Already in Sitio Lorenção the specialty of the house is the socol, being able to be seen the place where the "spikes" of socol are put to cure for 6 months until reaching the ideal point for consumption. The Italian family also invests in the production of antipasti.

Afterwards, we will continue to Domingo Martins, visiting the property of the Ronchi Family which produces strawberries among other products derived from the fruit.

Returning to BR 262, we will already see Pedra Azul one of the most important postcards of the state, when we will enter the Lagarto route that is 8 km to the highway ES 164. Along the way, we will enter practically in a tunnel of ipês, orchids , bromeliads, ingás, cedars, cassia ... among others. Get ready to plan your next trip, because here we will see a great structure of inns, restaurants, coffe shops in what is one of the main tourist routes of the state.

In search of the best angle, we will make strategic stops to enjoy and take photos.

Approximately at 2:00 p.m. up to 3 p.m., we will continue to our lunch  stop at Casa da Bica, restaurant specialized in local food, self-service style and average price R $ 43.00 Kg. Before returning to Vitoria, a visit will be made to the city center of Domingos Martins, a region known as Campinho, where the Germans, Italians and Pomerans (Germans from Pomerania, a region located between present-day Poland and Germany) were immigrated. Here we will visit the house of culture, we will take a walk along the Leisure Street in Domingos Martins to Central Square to enjoy the first Evangelical Lutheran Church of the country to have a tower.
