IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS:

• The departure of the shared transport is conditional on the minimum sale of 8 tickets up to 24 hours before departure. If this number is not reached customers will be informed and if payment has been made by the site the purchase will be canceled and the amount paid on the credit card will be immediately reversed.

Free classification
- Children under 14 years will have access to the event only accompanied by parents or legal guardian.
- Children under 12 and over 65 years old do not pay admission.
Note
- The sale of alcoholic beverages for persons under 18 years of age is prohibited.
- Daytime schedules are free. Nightly schedules are paid.
- Half entrance upon presentation of document proving the right.

For refund of purchase value, discounting the administrative fees, cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before departure time.

If the customer requests cancellation at least 24 hours and a maximum of 48 hours before the tour, the refund will be 50% of the purchase value. The transaction will be made by the operator of the service by bank transfer only after invoicing the purchase.

If the cancellation is requested less than 24 hours after the departure of the tour the value of the purchase will not be refundable.
