Discover the main artisanal breweries in the Capixabas Mountains and enjoy tasting different types of drinks and snacks.

We have prepared a schedule to present you all the Capixabas Breweries throughout the year.

Route 1 - Ronchi, Dus Grillos and Azurra.

9:00 am - Departure from Vitória

Ronchi Beer Brewery

- arrival forecast at 11:00.

We will start the route with a privileged view of one of the main port cards of the state: Pedra Azul.

Here we will take a tour of the factory and get to know the production process. The beers produced here are intended for consumption at the bar and also to points of sale throughout the state.

After the visit, we will start the tasting where each participant will receive a tasting rule (included) and for better harmonization, snacks are prepared by the bar in order to enhance the flavor of our beers!

The tip of our master brewer is Pilsen beer, which is the ideal pair with preparations that include sausages and mustard sauces in the ingredients.

Dus Grillo Brewery

Our next destination is in the midst of the nature of Vargem Alta, considered by many to be one of the most stylish breweries in the state!

The brewery entered 2019 with ten labels, with just over a year of operation. And plans are to triple production, which already exceeds 3,000 liters / month.

Let's understand then why the growth is so fast !? We will know with another tasting table and to accompany a round of snacks is included!

In addition to beer, the place also offers grape juices, blackberry, and a mix with the two fruits, as well as various sweets, produced by hand on the property.

Azurra Brewery

Back to Rota do Largato, you will find one of the most visited breweries in Pedra Azul, where we will spend an incredible afternoon in the state's most charming beer garden.

Here are offered seven types of the drink: Kolsch, Weiss, Witbier (with lemon and coriander seeds), American Pale Ale (APA), Brown Ale, India Pale Ale (IPA) and the last launch of the House which is Session India Pale Lager (IPL). A good option for those who want to taste a good IPA, but have difficulties to be more bitter.

Difficult to choose just one, so let's try another tasting rule. So you can enjoy 100ml of 4 styles!

The menu here offers traditional snacks from the region such as cheese, socol and other delicacies such as pork meatballs with cheese sauce, among others.

Return at 18:00.
