This is an activity that the risk of drowning exists. Wear life jackets is required.
Prior to the activity the customer will have to sign a liability statement assuming all the rules and procedures specified by the service operator. The safety of all rowers is a priority!
The customer must inform via the attraction question, the operator's e-mail or telephone in the shopping voucher the time he/she wishes to carry out the activity (the operator's e-mail and telephone number will be available on the customer's panel at purchases historic).
For refund of purchase value (discounting administrative fees), cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before departure time.
If the customer requests cancellation at least 24 hours and a maximum of 48 hours before the tour, the refund will be 50% of the purchase value. The transaction will be made by the operator of the service by bank transfer only after invoicing the purchase.
If the cancellation is requested less than 24 hours after the departure of the tour the value of the purchase will not be refundable.
