Rappel Categories
Rappel in Positive: when the feet make contact with the wall, during descent.
Abseiling in Negative: when practiced in free spans, where there is no contact between the feet and the wall.

RAPE MORRO DO MORENO
This is one of the main tourist attractions in Vila Velha, it is located in the Praia Da Costa neighborhood. With 184 meters high, seen from a distance from certain angles, the relief is known to have the shape of a pregnant monkey.
And with this playful vision, the sectors and trails of the Morro are divided, where it is possible to practice different categories of rappelling, in addition to visuals, one more spectacular than the other, check out:
Belly sector - negative rappel.
Access: Through the trail called Trilha da Raiz. We have some obstacles like rocks and roots, but the team always helps the group on the trail. It takes an average of 20 to 40 minutes of trail.
View: Vila Velha - beaches, Convento da Penha and part of the third bridge.
Testa Sector - Positive and positive rappel
Access: Main road and in the middle of it enters a trail that takes an average of 5 minutes.

friar and the nun
This is one of the main postcards of Espirito Santo. According to legend, it resembles the profile of a friar and a nun. God forgave them from infinity and eternalized the love of the two lovers, in these two granite mountains.
With an altitude of 683 meters, the day begins with a climb to the top with a wonderful panoramic view of the mountains.

RAPPEL IN WATERFALLS

Located in the municipality of Santa Leopoldina, approximately 1:15 h from Vitória, it is only 63 km from the capital.
Access is via a well-defined 1.5 km trail in the middle of the Atlantic forest, so it is possible to hear and see the 80 m high waterfall, suitable for rappelling.
Bearded Waterfall
Located in the municipality of Guarapari, approximately 1:20 from Vitória, it is only 60 km from the capital.
It is about 9 km from Guarapari to the Waterfall of Buenos Aires as it is also known. Access is via a private property, where paid parking is available. From there, a 200 m walk is performed until reaching the waterfall.

Recommendations:
We recommend wearing long pants;
It is mandatory to wear sneakers or boots;
Having your nails trimmed and your hair tied up;
Bring water (at least 2 liters per person) and a snack (sandwich, dried fruit, etc.);
Use of sunscreen, cap/hat, and repellent;
On cold days, bring warm clothes;
Carry document with photo;
Carry all of the above items in a small backpack.
Comments:
Schedules must be strictly adhered to. In case of delay, contact the driver responsible for the itinerary via cell phone immediately, who will be informed via email after registration;
We do not recommend that you bring valuables (watches, jewelry, etc.), as we are not responsible for customers' belongings;
Minors (over 16 and under 18) can only participate with an authorization signed by their parents or guardians;
If the weather conditions are unfavorable on the day before or on the day of the itinerary (rain, wind, large volume of water in the waterfalls, etc.), the client must contact the organization up to 01 hour before, to confirm if the itinerary will be accomplished;
If you have anything unforeseen on the date of the itinerary, let us know as soon as possible, so that you have the right to reschedule for a next date;
Customers who do not show up on the date of the tour without giving prior notice lose all right to reschedule for another date, and their registration fee will be retained by the organization to cover operating costs;
When taking a camera, be aware that the guides will not be able to operate and transport your equipment;
The duration of the itinerary may change depending on the number of participants, weather conditions and other factors;
Avoid using strong-smelling products, loudspeakers, shouting and anything that might bother other participants or the environment;
Prohibitions: guns, pets, cigarettes, alcoholic beverages, drugs, making fires, burning or graffiti anywhere;
There may be a need to cancel the itinerary after its start, due to climate change, health status of any participant, among other reasons, in order to guarantee the safety of the group;
The logistics of the itinerary is subject to change by the organization without prior notice.

Se o cliente solicitar o cancelamento no mínimo 24 horas e no máximo 48 horas antes do passeio o reembolso será de 50% do valor da compra. A transação será feita pelo operador do serviço por transferência bancária apenas após o faturamento da compra.
Caso o cancelamento seja solicitado com menos de 24 horas da saída do passeio o valor da compra não será reembolsável.
O operador reserva para si o direito de cancelar o passeio com ou sem aviso prévio, por motivos alheios à sua vontade ou por insuficiência de participantes. Nestes casos, é garantido ao cliente o reagendamento do passeio ou reembolso integral do valor pago.
